Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Field Sales Associate to join our team in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with distributors and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing and merchandise teams to align field sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with distributors and work closely with other Sales Associates to achieve common goals.
- Front-Line Support: Engage with local leaders to provide support and build trust, facilitating sustainable growth for distributors.
- Effective Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with distributors to identify trends, uncover new sales opportunities, and address their support needs.
- Sharing Best Practices: Promote growth by sharing effective strategies among distributors and identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience: 1-3 years of field sales or key account management experience, ideally in a multinational FMCG environment with a D2C/B2B focus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and numerical skills to interpret data effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and verbal communication in German, French, and English.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to distributor and customer success, embodying a servant leadership approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and basic Excel skills.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive, organized, and flexible individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
