About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Switzerland and Austria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our distributors, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with our marketing and merchandise teams to align field sales strategies and drive business results.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with our Distributor Success team and work closely with other Sales Associates to achieve common goals.
  • Front-Line Support: Engage with local leaders to provide support and build trust, facilitating sustainable growth for our distributors.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with distributors to identify trends, uncover new sales opportunities, and address their support needs.
  • Share Best Practices: Promote growth by sharing effective strategies among distributors.
