Regional Manager Eastern Europe and Central Asia Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Eastern European and Central Asian operations, focusing on developing high-level relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government officials, ministry representatives, and senior management of hospitals and clinics in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia.
  • Promote our company's portfolio in the region, identifying opportunities to expand market presence through active business development and relationship building.
  • Represent our organization to key decision-makers, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and driving business growth.
  • Create and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and other materials to meet the needs of local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sales processes, including customer onboarding, after-sales support, and addressing operational challenges.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of regional market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong network of high-level contacts in the healthcare sector across one of the target regions.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship development and management, particularly with government entities, healthcare institutions, and key decision-makers.
  • Proven track record in regional sales B2B roles or similar positions in the target market.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is essential, with native proficiency in one of the following languages: Armenian, Azerbaijani, Georgian, Uzbek, Moldovan/Romanian, Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • A self-driven, proactive approach with a passion for achieving growth targets.
  • A valid EU/EFTA passport or Swiss work permit.
