Director of Business Development for Power Cables and Telecommunication Solutions

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Business Development to lead our global sales strategy for power cables and telecommunication solutions at Aritec New Materials Group AG.
This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic sales skills, and industry knowledge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, driving value through innovative synthetic fiber solutions, and expanding our market presence in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue expansion in the power cables and telecommunication markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and enhance product quality.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on synthetic fiber solutions for power cables and telecommunication.
- Strong technical and material knowledge of synthetic fibers, rubber, aramid, and fiber class.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another EU language or Chinese is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
