About the Role

Aritec New Materials Group AG is a leading company in the field of innovative materials, specializing in solutions for the construction, energy, hoisting, mining, telecommunication, and mobility industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our global sales strategy for Power Cables and Telecommunication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, technical expertise in synthetic fiber solutions, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on providing value-driven solutions to meet their needs.

Client Acquisition and Support: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while providing expert consulting and support to existing clients.

Proposal Development and Promotion: Create and promote customized proposals that align with client project requirements and Aritec's goals.

Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities to expand product applications and enhance the reach and relevance of Aritec's solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D to support project development, quality improvements, and strategic contract negotiations.

Contract and Pricing Management: Assist in contract discussions, pricing strategies, and approval processes.

Strategic Planning and Reporting: Define and review annual sales goals, long-term revenue forecasts, and ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting.

Market Representation: Represent Aritec at key industry events and trade fairs, promoting our offerings and building new business relationships.

Sales Strategy Execution: Design and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive revenue.

Business Travel: Engage in business travels to strengthen client relationships and explore new market opportunities.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on synthetic fiber solutions for power cables and telecommunication.

Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken; fluency in German preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills: Open, outgoing, and proactive personality with strong communication skills.

Professional Attributes: Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and structured approach to achieving sales targets.
