**About the Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales and operations teams in Switzerland. As Chief Sales and Operations Officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and overseeing end-to-end operations across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global sales strategies that align with our company goals and market opportunities.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with global standards and regulations.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in sales and operations management within a large, global corporation.
  • Fundamental experience in at least one of our core segments: construction, energy and offshore, hoisting, conveyor and transmission belts, telecommunication, or tires, is required.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the critical nature of this role, including a base salary of **€120,000 - €150,000 per year**, depending on experience.

Aritec New Materials Group AG is a Swiss company that develops, designs, manufactures, and refines synthetic fibers for industrial applications. Our technologies and products can be used for a wide range of industrial applications, offering key advantages such as low weight, corrosion-free properties, longer lifespan, digital monitoring, and whole system cost reduction.

We customize our products to respond to unique customer needs and create state-of-the-art products in our own factories. Currently, we have two production plants in China, with additional plants in Europe and North America planned. Aritec New Materials Group AG is a 100% independent, privately owned group with zero leverage, and more than 90% of ultimate beneficial owners and shareholders are Swiss and European.
