About the Role

Aritec New Materials Group AG is a leading company in the development, design, manufacturing, and refinement of synthetic fibres for industrial applications.

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Sales Director for Power Cables and Telecommunication. This role will be responsible for leading our global sales strategy, focusing on building long-term client relationships and driving value through our innovative synthetic fibre solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and material knowledge of synthetic fibres, rubber, aramid, and fibre class, as well as a solid understanding of the energy and telecommunication industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term customer relationships by communicating the unique benefits of our products through "Value Selling Proposals".

• Client Acquisition and Support: Actively acquire, manage, and provide expert consulting for potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with client needs.

• Proposal Development and Promotion: Develop and promote value-driven proposals that align with client project requirements and Aritec's goals.

• Market Expansion: Identify and explore new opportunities to expand product applications, further enhancing the reach and relevance of Aritec's solutions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D to support project development, quality improvements, and strategic contract negotiations for customer satisfaction and product enhancement.

• Contract and Pricing Management: Assist in contract discussions, pricing strategies, and approval processes to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.

• Strategic Planning and Reporting: Define and review annual sales goals, long-term revenue forecasts, and ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting.

• Market Representation: Represent Aritec at key industry events and trade fairs, promoting our offerings and building new business relationships.

• Sales Strategy Execution: Design and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive revenue.
