Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team as a Global Insights Manager. This role will be responsible for developing insights and identifying opportunities to drive business growth domestically and globally.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing to develop insights and identify opportunities to grow our business. This will involve analyzing sales and competitive trends, market and consumer trends, and syndicated data while leading primary consumer research. The ideal candidate will be able to translate insights and analytics into top and bottom-line business impact, driving actionable growth opportunities via brand growth and innovation, renovation, expansion, NBD, and marketing strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to Sazerac fiscal year growth by establishing yourself as a business partner.
  • Lead the sourcing, interpretation, and application of marketplace and consumer learning and trends to influence category and brand strategies.
  • Develop tools, systems, and processes to create a Sazerac way of working for Business Intelligence and insight creation.
  • Integrate insights, consumer and market trends, competitive data, and custom research to facilitate new business development with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years relevant experience (minimum)
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or commensurate experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
