We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. This is a 100% position based in Switzerland, offering a unique opportunity to develop high-level relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, ministry representatives, and senior management of hospitals and clinics in one of the following regions: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia.
  • Market Expansion: Actively promote our company's portfolio in the region and identify opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Representation and Alignment: Represent Mevelin AG to key decision-makers and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Presentation and Proposals: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials tailored to the needs of local stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes, including customer onboarding, after-sales support, and addressing any operational challenges.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor regional market trends, identify customer needs, and provide insights to support business strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Established Network: Establish high-level contacts in the healthcare sector in one of the target regions.
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in developing and managing relationships with government entities, healthcare institutions, and other key decision-makers.
  • Regional Sales Expertise: Proven track record in regional sales B2B or similar roles in the target market.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Russian, with native proficiency in one of the following languages, depending on the target region: Armenian, Azerbaijani, Georgian, Uzbek, Moldovan/Romanian, Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving growth targets.
  • EU/EFTA Passport or Work Permit: EU/EFTA passport or valid work permit for Switzerland required.

Estimated Salary: CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on experience.
