Aircraft Materials Manager

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is a leading manufacturer of aircraft, and we are seeking an experienced Aircraft Materials Manager to join our team.
We are committed to delivering exceptional customer support and services. Our ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team.
About the Role- Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support activities to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries, customers, and service centers to resolve material sourcing and logistical challenges.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve AOG response times and reduce costs.
The successful candidate will have:
- Technical or commercial education, with several years of experience in material management, customer service, or aircraft maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using technical documentation and ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning systems), preferably SAP.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
