Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Materials Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer AOG requests, providing solutions that meet contractual parameters.
  • Spare Parts Sourcing: Collaborate with subsidiaries, customers, and service centers to source materials efficiently.
  • Logistics Management: Arrange and track shipments worldwide, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Technical or Commercial Education: We require a strong educational background in material management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in material management, customer service, or aircraft maintenance.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in using technical documentation, ERPs (preferably SAP), and English language skills at level B2.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent prioritization, ownership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
