Our Marketing team are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Switzerland we are looking for an **Executive Director level Business Unit Director (BUD), Oncology** to help maximize the growth of our oncology portfolio in Switzerland.

The BUD will have responsibility for sales and marketing, with full P&L responsibility, and work closely with other members of the Leadership Team. The Oncology BUD will oversee the development of the strategic plan, annual plan, and long-range operating plan, collaborating with members of the global and regional organizations to support the top and bottom-line growth of in-line products and flawlessly execute the launch of new products.

This leader will demonstrate the ability to collaborate across Business Units and functions with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

As a member of the Leadership Team, they will proactively assess the evolution of our business and work closely with the Leadership Team to further help the whole organization achieve its vision.

**Your key responsibilities**:
**Perform**
- Translate our Purpose and Strategic Framework for employees and organizational partners by linking them to their daily responsibilities
- Leverage a customer-centric approach to develop strategies and solutions that allow us to create and capture value
- Provide commercial leadership and input on health authority interactions, regulatory filing strategy, launch readiness reviews, key customer management, and thought leader engagement
- Leverage data to understand market dynamics, performance, forecast and develop a long term vision and strategy for the Business Unit
- Assuming responsibility for the P&L within a multifunctional organization and achieving annual budget targets
- Achieve targets by prioritizing strong financial performance and successfully delivering on operational commitments, including top-line revenue growth, market share improvement, and increased profits

**Collaborate**
- Build strong relationships with regional and global organizations by integrating the broader organization’s expertise and know-how into the operations, take guidance effectively and contribute to corporate knowledge resources
- Collaborate extensively and successfully with peers, cross-BU resources, Regional and HQ colleagues
- Build and sustain relationships with key external stakeholders, customers, and scientific leaders

**Your qualifications**:

- Relevant education at minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
- Extensive commercial and operational experience in leadership roles in multiple functions and geographies
- Managed a P&L for a business or function
- Experience as a BUD is an advantage
- Experience in the Swiss hospital environment is an advantage
- Experience in Oncology is an advantage
