The successful candidate will lead our global sales strategy for power cables and telecommunications, focusing on building long-term client relationships and driving value through our innovative synthetic fiber solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and strategic sales skills, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and enhance product quality.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on synthetic fibre solutions for power cables and telecommunications. A strong technical and material knowledge of synthetic fibres, rubber, aramid, and fibre class is essential. The ability to work independently while maintaining a strong customer focus, as well as a willingness to travel as required, are also key requirements.
