Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant FMCG Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Small-Medium Business segment by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights, shaping the future of consumer intelligence and market research.

Responsibilities
  • Builts existing client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and proactively acquires new clients
  • Gains customer trust through building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Presents pitches and leads coordinated negotiations for sales
  • Identifies sales options and argues individual and strategic benefits to customers
  • Works primarily with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, and PowerBI
  • Is fully integrated into the business planning process
  • Understands how to combine customer needs with NielsenIQ solutions
  • Works closely with colleagues from different departments (Finance, Brands)
  • Maintains an extensive internal and external network, which they continually expand
  • Takes responsibility for customer revenue
  • Is prepared for occasional travel
Requirements
  • Familiarity with sales of services and solutions advantageous
  • An undergraduate degree or similar education/experience qualifying you for the position
  • Excellent German language skills (native speaker) and very good English language skills
  • You are customer-oriented and characterized by strong communication and presentation skills
  • You have acquired consultative sales/selling and influencing skills as well as negotiation skills
  • You are characterized by your analytical problem-solving skills and solution-oriented way of thinking
  • You have good time- and project management skills
  • You are proactive and have a "seller-mind-set"
  • You are a team player in a challenging and fast-paced environment
