Global Operations and Sales Executive

A key member of our leadership team, the ideal candidate will oversee and lead our global sales team in Switzerland, driving business growth and expanding our market presence. This senior leadership role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, strategic planning, and operations within large multinational organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global sales strategies that align with Aritec's goals and market opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all regions.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales and operations management within a large, global corporation.
- Fundamental experience in at least one of our core segments: construction, energy and offshore, hoisting, conveyor and transmission belts, telecommunication, or tires, is required.
