About the Role:

Build Strong Relationships with Distributors.

As a Field Sales Expert for Switzerland and Austria, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our client's distributors in these regions, focusing on German and French-speaking areas. Your goal is to ensure distributor success through frequent field visits, calls, and attendance at training sessions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with marketing and merchandise initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Distributor Success team to drive sales growth and distributor satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional support to distributors, engaging with local leaders to foster trust and sustainable growth.
  • Maintain open communication with distributors to understand trends, identify new sales opportunities, and address support needs.
  • Share best practices among distributors to promote growth and enhance sales activities.
  • Represent the company as a sales ambassador at regional seminars, opportunity meetings, and local trainings.
  • Analyze distributor business data to maximize growth and success.

Requirements:

  • A diploma/degree and 5-7 years of field sales/key account management experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG environment with a D2C/B2B approach.
  • Proven track record of growing business in a sales-led environment.
  • Excellent analytical and numerate skills.
  • Strong coaching, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Native-level written and verbal skills in German and French (Italian is a plus).
  • Highly distributor/customer-focused with a servant leadership style.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with professional-level Excel skills.
