About the Role
At Red Bud Regional Hospital, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Solution Consultant to join our Presales team. As a key member of our organization, you will become an expert in OneStream technology and leverage this expertise to present the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to partners, prospects, customers, and internally support our sales force.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance, thereby shortening the sales cycle.
- Provide presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
- Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives.
- Transform business requirements/challenges into high-quality Proof of Concept presentations.
- Develop and deliver advanced OneStream presentations and demonstrations.
- Present and articulate product features, benefits, future direction, and overall OneStream solutions.
- Improve and maintain standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations.
- Design, validate, and present Database & OneStream Cloud solutions, including advanced product concepts and future direction.
- Develop and manage references through high-quality technical and professional client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual - English and German language proficiency.
- A BS Degree or equivalent; an advanced degree in Computer Science or Technology-related field is desirable.
- Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM tools.
- At least 6 years of experience in Database Management, including building, developing, and deploying applications.
- Proven ability to perform rapid assessments of customers' landscape and target use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology.
- Guidance in evaluating OneStream's Cloud solution.
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and identify suitable solutions for customers' needs.
- Versed and experienced in business analysis and financial modeling.
- Background in Finance/Accounting.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
