Enterprise Financial Solutions Manager

As a seasoned finance professional, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our customers' financial initiatives. With a strong background in customer management and account development, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and growth of our clients.
We are seeking an experienced Principal Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex customers within the region, coaching and mentoring junior CSMs, and supporting operational metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives, as well as experience working with large-scale enterprise financial systems. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers to understand their strategic priorities and develop tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.
You will work closely with our Sales team to complete comprehensive transition processes, operate as a seasoned business partner to customers and their delivery teams, and learn and understand customers' businesses, including industry trends, business structures, and strategic priorities.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of professional experience, 5+ years as a Customer Success Manager, 5+ years building and managing customer relationships, Customer and account management experience, Proven history of keeping customers focused on their desired business outcomes.
