Job Description

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our Facility Management organization, you will be responsible for managing regular projects independently, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Additional courses in project management and leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT literacy
  • Strong numerical skills and financial acumen
  • Leadership and coordination skills
  • Fluent English and German language skills
