CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facility management services. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Schachen, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:- Manage regular projects independently, involving new construction, expansion, modification, and/or replacement of buildings, facilities, and sites.
- Develop a plan of approach with a tender, including formulating a schedule of requirements and subcontracting to an architect, structural engineer, or consultant.
- Contract and subcontract work with contractors, suppliers, and installers, evaluating quotations and commissioning work.
- Monitor the agreed time, cost, and quality schedule, delivering to the client in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Participate in and contribute to periodic work meetings, documenting and keeping timely records of all financial transactions for invoicing clients.
- Support the Project Director in acquiring new assignments.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or more than 7 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Additional courses in project management.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and IT literacy.
- Numerical skills and some financial acumen.
- Leadership/coordination skills.
- Fluent English and German is a must.
