Project Manager for Real Estate Projects in Life Science Sector

As a Project Manager at CBRE GWS GmbH, you will oversee all aspects of real estate project management within the Life Science sector. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct bid evaluations and recommend resources to clients.
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
- Ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
- Lead the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track progress and report status and variances.
- Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
