We are looking for a skilled Facilities Manager - Real Estate Projects to join our team in Schachen, Switzerland. This role is part of our growing Facility Management organization in the Life Science sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project management for singular real estate projects. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborating with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and work plans.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project delivery.
  • Directing project teams to achieve goals, budget, and schedule targets.
  • Creating and tracking progress reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field.
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Compensation
