As a Junior Sales Project Manager, you are the first point of contact for our international clientele from the planning and architecture industry. You are the interface between external and internal contacts and are responsible for developing technically sophisticated solutions in the field of room acoustics. At the same time, you act in an advisory capacity by presenting our acoustic solutions to our customers.

Since 2019, the Swiss startup has specialised in tailored, aesthetic acoustic solutions and counts renowned companies from all over the world as clients. Offering a range of premium products, the company is redesigning the future of acoustic absorbers. IMPACT ACOUSTIC is a pioneer in sustainability, using recycled materials and advocating for a global ban on PET bottles. It was ranked by the respected business magazine BILANZ as one of Switzerland’s most innovative companies in 2024. The company has over 100 employees, operating from its HQ in Lucerne and production facilities in Milan and Manila. The Business Development Team works remotely from multiple cities around the globe, including London, Chicago, Los Angeles, Paris, New Delhi and Tokyo. This new role is an Executive Board position and is key to the further growth of the company.

Your Future Tasks
  1. Assist in guiding customers through their journey from initial contact to after-sales care, focusing on learning and developing customer service skills.
  2. Support Senior Sales Project Manager in managing customer inquiries promptly and professionally and act as deputy in his absence.
  3. Create an exceptional customer journey for all external stakeholders by handling all inquiries promptly and professionally.
  4. Handle initial customer inquiries, escalate complex issues to senior team members, and ensure prompt communication.
  5. Provide basic technical design support by liaising with internal designers and external partners.
  6. Assist in gathering information and preparing proposals for optimization and upselling opportunities.
  7. Regularly update and maintain Salesforce, entering new leads and following up on open quotes as directed.
  8. Support the Senior Sales Project Manager in establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key accounts.
  9. Monitor ongoing competitions using Salesforce and report findings to the Senior Sales Project Manager.
  10. Assist in following up on ongoing bids and gathering feedback on lost projects.
  11. Complete additional tasks as required to support the Senior Sales Project Manager.
Your Skills
  1. Technical background, ideally from the interior construction sector.
  2. Strong sense of detail and implementation planning.
  3. Entrepreneurial, independent, and customer-oriented action.
  4. High quality awareness and a solution- and team-oriented way of working.
  5. Proficient communication skills in English.
  6. Good MS Office and CAD user skills are an advantage.
  7. Organisational talent with several years of project management experience in D&B in an international company (i.e. M Moser, JLL, CBRE, db&b) is a big plus.
