**Position**:
We are searching for a** Sales & Marketing Manager **to join our Blizzard-Tecnica team in Switzerland.

The resource will have the following responsibilities:

- Implementation of sales targets according to the B-T Sales Concept in Switzerland area;
- Management of a field sales team and marketing support/control of the sales department;
- Planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities;
- Organize and carry out market development and marketing tasks independently;
- Creating and providing sales and marketing budgets;
- Providing sales documents to AD employees and creating sales reports for HQ;
- Control of Marketing budgets according to specifications given by the B-T International Sales Manager;
- Creating price calculations according to the HQ’s specification;
- Creation of price lists/conditions sheets and liquidation lists;
- Weekly sell-in statistics during the sales season;
- Planning for promotional activities such as Ski tests, events VIP Invitation etc;
- Purchasing and price negotiations (including sample/test products);
- Participation and personnel planning of the sales fairs;
- Taking on representation tasks;
- Responsible for the further training of the AD and ID teams;
- Maintaining Relationships with purchasing association and key accounts;

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Degree in Economics or similar;
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of consumer durables (ideally in the sports sector);
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent business planning and sales skills;
- Reliability, proactivity and team spirit;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
