Field Sales Account Manager for German-speaking

**The position**
As **Field Sales Account Manager Distribution & Projects**, he/she will have full responsibility for product promotion and sales within German-speaking Switzerland with a focused approach to Projects development (architects + fitters) and distributors.
Specifically, he/she will be responsible for financial performance, operations, sales and marketing in the Territory.
The position combines the role of Channel Management for a dedicated Channel and active Sales Management, Sales and Promotion.
The role does not include Legal responsibility.
**The responsibilities**
- Active Research of potential Partners in order to establish an added value sales process
- Preparation of Business Plan & Sales Strategy
- Contribute towards and implement the Strategic Plans of the Company
- Ensure profitability of the Channel and delivery of Budgeted Targets
- Ensure the development of optimal product/customer mix to mix
- Establishing and maintaining local sales for the Company’s Products and Services
- Cooperate with colleagues and General Management in creating Regional price lists
- Create and deliver presentations for technical/sales seminars
- Constantly fill and update CRM informing the company and headquarter about possible Projects, Opportunities and Threats with market intelligence
- Share knowledge and experience with the other members of the team
- Coordination and follow up of all customer related activities in the Channel, including claims
- Planning and supervising of campaigns and organization of Channel trade shows
- Visiting architects and contractors for establishing partnerships, for promotional activities and product presentations, sharing appointments, contacts, accounts, visit information, projects/opportunities information through Market Intelligence tools

- Proven 3-5 years’ experience in a technical sales environment, preferably in Construction Business
- Commercial awareness of professional sales processes and local business practices
- Extremely strong communication skills
- **Swiss-German mother tongue, English fluent**
- PC skills - Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Power Point
- Any other Swiss national language is an asset
- Business/Engineering Degree or equivalent background is an asset
**Altre informazioni**:
**Work location**: German-speaking Switzerland.
When not travelling, a minimum of 1 day per week in the local office is required and advisable.
