Eventually, you will focus on building up the sales team in line with sales performance, crafting winning sales strategies, and consistently exceeding sales targets, all while embracing our core values and vision. This role demands innovative thinking and a commitment to evolving our commercial strategy.
- Drive active sales of existing products and services, capitalizing on immediate opportunities. Including the B2B education offered by the Gübelin Academy.
- Optimize commercial products and services to enhance profit margins.
- Convert low-hanging opportunities into swift sales and foster long-term business growth.
Sales Strategy Development and Execution
- Craft and implement impactful sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales goals and revenue targets.
- Expand our market presence by identifying and developing new regions.
Client Relationship Management
- Forge and sustain robust, enduring relationships with key accounts.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize agreements with major customers.
New Business Development
- Seek out and seize new business opportunities and markets.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Analyze KPIs, sales figures, and CRM data to recommend actionable improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional experience in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets in tech or supply chain environments.
- Exceptional sales and CRM capabilities.
- Superior negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in analyzing and presenting sales data and KPIs.
- Analytical prowess to assess products and market trends, developing innovative commercial solutions backed by KPIs.
- Self-motivated and independent work style.
- Extensive traveling required.
- Results-driven and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to challenge the status quo and contribute to the evolution of our commercial strategy.
