The Learning & Knowledge Manager will play a key role in driving the organization’s learning culture by owning and coordinating the Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures the seamless operation of the LMS while collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, design, and implement learning programs that support learning processes and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. LMS Ownership & Administration: Own and manage the LMS, including user accounts, content updates, and system improvements, while fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
  2. Learning Program Coordination: Develop and oversee learning programs (e-learning and in-person), collaborating with SMEs to curate and maintain training content.
  3. Sales and Partner Enablement: Equip internal sales teams and external partners with training, tools, and resources, ensuring alignment with Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and HR.
  4. Training Needs & Reporting: Assess training needs, analyze LMS usage data, provide reports on learning effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Align learning initiatives with business goals, communicate opportunities effectively, and serve as the main contact for learning-related queries.
  6. Compliance Management: Ensure programs meet internal policies and external regulations, managing mandatory training and monitoring completion rates.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Work/occupational psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (min. 2 years) as a Learning & Development Manager.
  3. Strong skills with managing LMS engagement.
  4. Excellent project management skills.
  5. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and metrics.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning technology tools.
  8. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  9. Affinity and passion for technology and AI.
  10. Experience designing and implementing e-learning solutions.
