At Creaitor, we're revolutionizing content marketing with our cutting-edge AI-driven platform. As a highly skilled and motivated Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you'll spearhead our machine learning initiatives, working directly with our CTO to lay the foundation for our ML/AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy innovative machine learning models that enhance our platform's functionality.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for machine learning initiatives aligned with Creaitor's goals, ensuring seamless integration with our product managers' vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning to solve complex problems and improve user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar; experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  • Foundational knowledge: strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • LLM expertise: experience in developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain); strong knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI.
  • NLP expertise: knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
  • Vector databases: experience in working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) to store and manage high-dimensional data for similarity searches and recommendation engines.
  • Cloud experience: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Leadership: demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Communication skills: strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as flexible remote work options and the opportunity to be part of a growing AI startup with a unique culture and ambitions.
