We are seeking a highly skilled Chief AI Solutions Architect to spearhead our machine learning initiatives working directly with Creaitor's CTO.

Job Description

This role is critical as you will lay the foundation for our ML/AI capabilities and lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance our platform.

  • You will cover both the roles of a Machine Learning Engineer and a Data Scientist, working closely with product managers to build and deploy cutting-edge models that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities

As a Chief AI Solutions Architect at Creaitor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for machine learning initiatives aligned with Creaitor's goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning to solve complex problems and improve user experience.
  • Managing vector databases to efficiently store and retrieve high-dimensional data, enabling fast and accurate similarity searches.
  • Collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets to inform model development and extract actionable insights.
  • Performing feature engineering to enhance model performance and accuracy.
  • Training and fine-tuning machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Evaluating and optimizing model performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI to continuously enhance our platform.
  • Implementing and maintaining robust testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of machine learning solutions.
  • Documenting processes, models, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
Requirements

To be successful as a Chief AI Solutions Architect at Creaitor, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  • A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience in developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain). Strong knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI.
  • Natural language processing (NLP) skills and knowledge of NLP techniques and tools.
  • Experience in working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) to store and manage high-dimensional data for similarity searches and recommendation engines.
  • Cloud experience, including cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
