Job Overview:


CBRE GWS GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Chief Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management department, you will be responsible for managing projects independently and providing exceptional coordination services to clients.


About the Role:


The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical or electrical engineering, or more than 7 years of work experience in a similar position. Additional courses in the field of project management are also required. You should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and IT literacy, as well as numerical skills and some financial acumen.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage regular projects independently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Drawing up plans of approach with tenders, including subcontracting work and evaluating quotations
  • Supervising designs, contracting and subcontracting work with contractors, suppliers, and installers
  • Evaluating quotations and commissioning work, monitoring schedules, and delivering to clients
  • Participating in periodic work meetings and documenting all financial transactions for invoicing purposes
  • Supporting the Project Director in acquiring new assignments

CBRE GWS GmbH offers an attractive pension fund solution and benefits such as at least five weeks' holiday and 40 hours a week. A competitive salary between €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, reflects the company's commitment to its employees.


Your Profile:



  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or over 7 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Additional courses in project management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and IT literacy
  • Numerical skills and some financial acumen
  • Leadership and coordination skills
  • Fluent English and German
