About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior HRIS Process Manager to drive the development and implementation of global compensation solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing specific HR modules, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Module Ownership and Enhancement: Ensure the continuous development and improvement of specific HR modules (Compensation & Performance).
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR system needs, translating them into functional specifications. Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
  • HR System Solutions Development: Drive the development and implementation of HR system solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.
  • System Configuration Implementation: Configure HR systems to meet business requirements, ensuring accurate data capture and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Documentation of HR Processes: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Global HR Programs Management: Develop and manage global HR programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and budget control.
  • Compensation Programs Execution: Coordinate global budget processes, annual salary reviews, and bonus processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams.

What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Experience in project management and HR system platforms is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills are advantageous, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills in German and English, able to present proposals and project updates clearly.
