Senior Aviation Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aviation Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Stans, Switzerland.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to lead and manage our aftermarket supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating contractual terms with suppliers, conducting price negotiations, and driving cost reductions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the aviation industry, particularly in the aftermarket business, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A university degree in Engineering, International Management, or Economics is required, and proficiency in English (B2 level) is mandatory.
Responsibilities:- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supplier risks and ensure supply chain resilience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- A competitive salary of approximately CHF 90,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on experience
