Procurement Manager Aftermarket: Aviation Supply Chain Expert

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager Aftermarket

With our innovative approach to aircraft manufacturing, we invite experienced professionals to join our team as Procurement Manager Aftermarket.

We offer a competitive salary of CHF 120,000 - 180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Holding suppliers accountable to contractual obligations, commitments, and Key Performance Indicators/Measures
  • Conducting price negotiations, monitoring costs, and achieving cost reductions
  • Negotiating contractual terms with favorable results for the company
  • Participating actively in the improvement of aftermarket procurement processes and management of cross-divisional projects
  • Performing supplier risk analysis and implementing mitigation actions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Engineering, International Management, or Economics
  • B2 level in English is mandatory; German would be an advantage
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and supply chain analytics
  • Experience in the aftermarket business in the aviation industry
