Senior SAP Team Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Team Manager to lead our team of SAP specialists in Dierikon, Switzerland.
About the RoleAs a Senior SAP Team Manager at Komax AG, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of experts in the development and implementation of software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably within the Basis area, and possess in-depth knowledge of Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, Service provider Management, and other related areas. A proven track record in project management and change management is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of SAP specialists in the development and implementation of software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment
- Analyze SAP releases and suggest new functions and solutions to improve business processes
- Recruit, train, and coach representatives, motivating them to achieve desired results
- Oversee the hiring process, conduct job interviews, and ensure new team members are effectively integrated into the team
- Several years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably within the Basis area
- In-depth knowledge of Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, Service provider Management, and other related areas
- Proven experience in project management and change management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both German and English
We offer a competitive salary of CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on experience.
