Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Director to coordinate the development of innovative technical solutions that meet the diverse needs of our global customers. As a crucial bridge between our key account managers and our manufacturing plants and global R&D teams, you will:

  • Participate in new-product development projects to ensure they meet technical, quality, commercial, and operation objectives
  • Meet with customers to determine potential product development opportunities to improve overall business performance and portfolio
  • Guide the development and implementation of new products, working closely with manufacturing, quality, and commercial management
  • Act as an internal interface between sales, manufacturing, and product teams to identify customer requirements, emerging trends, and benchmarking competition offerings
  • Actively participate in preparing product application reviews, writing technical files (product specifications, identification, and test files, etc.)
  • Maintain and develop continuously technical knowledge
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or PhD degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years in a similar role within a multicultural and international environment
  • In-depth experience in one or several related industries
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams and navigate foreign cultures
