Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at CBRE GWS GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Supervise and train finance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Review and approve financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Conduct special financial and business studies as assigned by management to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements for the Financial Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as accounting or finance.
- Minimum of six years of related experience, with at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
