About the Role

OneStream is seeking a highly skilled Principal Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, expansion, and satisfaction across a portfolio of complex customers within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to deliver comprehensive sales transition processes.
  • Operate as a seasoned business partner to customers and their delivery teams, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that threaten customer satisfaction, growth, or renewal.
  • Align with customer success leadership on regional metrics and support the development of strategic plans to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in customer success management within enterprise and/or SaaS vendors.
  • Proven track record of building and managing customer relationships, driving customer adoption and expansion, and ensuring customer satisfaction and renewal.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German a plus.
