Caritas Schweiz: Lead Data Analyst Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team at Caritas Schweiz. As a key member of our Business and Innovation Department, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making through advanced business intelligence solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge data analytics solutions to inform business decisions
  • Create dynamic dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze complex financial and resource scenario data to support strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data quality and accessibility
  • Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (Business Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and strong SQL skills for data querying and management
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods and techniques and solid experience in statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
  • Project management skills to lead and manage BI projects effectively
