Job Title: Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead our machine learning initiatives, working directly with our CTO. This role is critical as you will lay the foundation for our ML/AI capabilities and lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to drive business growth and improve user experience.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for machine learning initiatives aligned with Creaitor's goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning to solve complex problems.
  • Manage vector databases to efficiently store and retrieve high-dimensional data for similarity searches and recommendation engines.
  • Analyze large datasets to inform model development and extract actionable insights.
  • Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance and accuracy.
  • Train and fine-tune machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Evaluate and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI to continuously enhance our platform.
  • Implement and maintain robust testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of machine learning solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience in developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain). Strong knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI.
  • Natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
  • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) to store and manage high-dimensional data for similarity searches and recommendation engines.
  • Cloud experience with platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
