Aritec New Materials Group AG is a Swiss company that offers its technologies and range of synthetic fibre products to large and mid-size global companies.
Job OverviewThis position offers the opportunity to work in sales development, focusing on synthetic fibre reinforcements and ropes used in various industries.
We are currently expanding our sales and consulting division, and this role will play a key part in building our presence in the market.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial or technical degree and ideally professional experience in the field of synthetic fibres or related industries.
Key Responsibilities- Research industries to build leads and sales pipeline under the guidance of the team leader.
- Acquire and support potential and existing customers.
- Provide ongoing and proactive support to customers in collaboration with R&D department and Key Account Director on project development and commercial contract negotiations.
- Represent Aritec at industrial fairs.
- Support back-office tasks, including writing offers and invoices, and organizing logistics.
- Commercial or technical degree.
- Professional experience in synthetic fibre or related industries (ideal).
- Open, outgoing, and proactive personality, able to work under pressure.
- Results-oriented, goal-driven, and structured in approach, with a networked way of thinking.
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and customer orientation.
- Strong will to succeed and high commitment level.
- Able to integrate well into a team and work efficiently independently.
- English language skills: professional level, written and spoken. German fluent preferred; other languages a plus.
