Sales Director Neurosurgery

As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and shaping market strategy for our Neurosurgery division in Austria. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, empowering your team to exceed targets, and cultivating a culture of high performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing achievable quarterly sales objectives with each sales representative.
- Utilizing strong business acumen to maximize contribution margin through strategic pricing, expense management, and effective use of company resources.
- Analyzing sales, marketing, and financial data to monitor progress towards sales and margin goals.
- Collaborating with sales representatives to identify, target, and close local business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. You should be familiar with CRM systems and other sales intelligence tools, and have a high level of ethical standards.
