About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Neurosurgery division in Austria and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage budgets, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and training to enhance the team's skills and effectiveness.
  • Partnering with Human Resources on talent acquisition, performance development, and succession planning.

You will work closely with sales representatives to identify and pursue local business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential key customers. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to make data-driven decisions and navigate regulatory compliance in the MedTech industry.
