Sales Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our growth initiatives in Switzerland. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion across the region by leveraging your expertise in business solutions software sales to Enterprise clients in Financial Services, particularly in Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute effective sales strategies and account plans to surpass revenue targets.
- Forecasting and Quotas: Ensure accurate forecasting and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
- New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities at existing clients and new prospects through targeted outreach, market awareness, and existing relationships.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at various functions and organisational levels to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close win-win deals that pave the way for more success both at customer and at Edgelab.
- Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead cross-functional sales teams to align efforts and present a unified approach towards client needs and solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term customer success.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position Edgelab solutions effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts through CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior management.
