Enterprise Sales Professional

As a highly skilled Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Switzerland by leveraging your expertise in business solutions software sales to Enterprise clients in Financial Services, particularly in Wealth Management.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Forecasting and Performance: Ensure accurate forecasting and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities at existing clients and new prospects through targeted outreach, market awareness, and existing relationships.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at various functions and organisational levels to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiation and Contract Closure: Lead contract negotiations and close win-win deals that pave the way for more success both at customer and at Edgelab.
- Sales Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead cross-functional sales teams to align efforts and present a unified approach towards client needs and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term customer success.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position Edgelab solutions effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts through CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior management.
