The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease and sell multiple business centers to meet sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Acquire new customers and close deals through negotiation and relationship-building
  • Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Your Profile:

  • Relevant education or training in sales or marketing
  • Excellent language skills in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A team-oriented approach with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
