Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Switzerland and drive sales growth across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading business solutions software sales to Enterprise clients in Financial Services, particularly in Wealth Management.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Execution: Execute effective sales strategies and account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  3. New Business Identification: Identify and develop new business opportunities at existing clients and new prospects through targeted outreach, market awareness, and existing relationships.
  4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at various functions and organisational levels to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  5. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and close win-win deals that pave the way for more success both at customer and at Edgelab.
  6. Sales Team Alignment: Coordinate and lead cross-functional sales teams to align efforts and present a unified approach towards client needs and solutions.
  7. Collaborative Working: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term customer success.
  8. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position Edgelab solutions effectively.
  9. Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts through CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior management.
