We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Manager to join our team and drive sales efficiency and effectiveness across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, finance, or a related field, with experience in designing and implementing sales strategies, forecasting processes, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Sales Playbook Development: Creating and maintaining a comprehensive sales playbook that supports the entire sales ecosystem, including onboarding programs, training, and equipping sales teams with the necessary tools and content.
- Crm Support: Ensuring accurate data capture, workflow automation, and performance tracking.
- Kpi Monitoring and Forecasting: Implementing dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, documenting processes, and facilitating regular sales pipeline and forecast reviews.
- Sales Process Enhancement: Orchestrating deal approval processes, tracking performance metrics, conducting win/loss analyses, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
