Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Academic requirements**:_ _Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
You will manage the extensive Risk Curriculum together with a small team within CRO. You will work closely with senior management across the different risk value streams, HR and IT to ensure sufficient material and smooth execution.
As part of this job, you will be engaged and collaborate with various risk business partners and HR of all seniority levels to prepare high-quality material and content for the Risk Curriculum. Plan, prepare and organize on
- and off-site trainings, including presentations, videos, internal and external speakers, background materials, research etc.

- Recently completed a bachelor’s degree from a university or business school, ideally in Business Administration, Management, Organization, HR or equivalent
- The ability to think analytically and flexibly, with a solution-focused mindset

- A willingness to take on responsibility and work independently and also as an effective team member
- Exceptional organizational skills and a precise, efficient approach to your work
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German and any further language is a plus
