Academic requirements: Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences

**Your field of responsibility**

In our mission to become more employee centric, data-driven, and agile, we have recently established a new Employee Experience and Journey team within Credit Suisse. It is a multi-disciplinary team of Design Thinkers, Researchers, Experience Designers and Managers and plays an integral part in the transformation of the People Function and shift towards a Human-centered way of working. In this role, you'll report to the Head of Employee Experience and work with him and the Employee Experience team to identify opportunities to improve, redesign, and innovate experiences and services as well as bringing down the cost base. You will work on the right communication of new initiatives and changes, analyze Employee Experience data, and manage listening tools for measuring employee experience. You will take part in projects of all sizes, as well as follow up on the processes of projects that support standardization, harmonization and optimization of processes, service scenarios and employee journeys. Stakeholder management is key, as you will collaborate with different counterparts in the People Function, IT, and the business.

The Employee Experience team sits within the People COO function which drives the strategic development of the People function and enablement of Credit Suisse employees worldwide. We work across the People function and the bank, leveraging agile project teams (squads), and interact globally with, the Business User solution team (IT), the People Analytics team, People Business Partners, product teams and the squads to design, develop and deliver human-centered and data-driven solutions. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to get exposure to working in the field of employee experience design and work across a large and varied number of employee touch points and rewrite the rules on how to design and deliver differentiated employee experiences that meet our employee’s needs. **Your qualifications and skills**

Are you the perfect fit for this role in the Employee Experience and Journey team? Now is your chance to show us how your skills, experience and attributes are just what we’re looking for. Show us how you have/are:

- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Anthropology, UX Design, Experience Design, Sociology, Psychology, Journalism, Transmedia or Digital Storytelling, Film and Video Production, Visual Design or another related field
- Project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Preference for experience in Human-centred design
- Digital skills and comfortable working with Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel), MS teams and Zoom, MURAL, Visio and experience with prototyping tools like; Figma, Framer, Principle etc. is a plus
- Organized and self-directed, and a compelling storyteller
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex information and develop strategic insights and recommendations
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspective
