Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. **Academic requirements**: Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
You will be joining the Private Banking Switzerland (PBS) business area, responsible for covering Affluent and High Net Worth clients in Switzerland. As part of the Business Management & Strategy team in the COO department you will have a central role in supporting senior leadership by driving the preparation of management presentations, analyses, and reports. You will have ownership for key deliverables across a wide range of topics, from steering management rhythms on different organizational levels to covering operational and business support topics for the whole PBS COO department. You will also be able to gain insights in the strategy development process and support strategic initiatives, including the delivery of Strategy Offsites for the Private Banking division, in close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.

- You recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Business Administration, Banking and Finance
- You are highly motivated and have a distinct can-do attitude
- You are a demonstrated self-starter with good communication skills that can solve problems in a structured way
- You have well-developed conceptual skills and you are familiar with PowerPoint and Excel
- You have exceptional organizational skills and a precise, efficient, and reliable approach to your work
- You contribute to a positive working climate and you have a high service orientation
- German is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English
